Pros

Good benefits, worked DIRECTLY with some really really cool and kind people

Cons

Too much "performative" allyship from company owners, while they also gaslit their employees about work performance/feedback/suggestions/taking time off. Constantly understaffed and has the whole staff training new hires WHILE also working their shift. Unlimited vacation BUT don't take time off or you'll get chastised/called on your time off to see if you can work a shift. Also, "we're a family" got thrown around a lot if you know what that means. I definitely think management relies too heavily on the entire staff to not only do their own job, but then assist in training new hires, filling in for short staffing, creating new site/company content (which you do not get paid extra for BTW!). It felt like I was constantly being exploited and put under extreme stress to perform at 1000% every day. God forbid you have a complaint/suggestion/feedback or have an "off day". Upper management definitely did not like that...Would not recommend working here.

Worst job.

Pros

The pay and benefits were decent.

Cons

One of the worst companies I have ever worked for. Unless you're a cis white male with no disabilities, you're not going to have a good time and will be exploited for your labor with no additional compensation for the extra work you're forced to do (promotions are forced on a lot of folks).
