Pros

Talented employees, business success trickles down via bonuses, fun brand

Cons

Management doesn't trust employees with access or information, working hard is prized over anything else, company direction and expectations are unclear, there are very few positions available between C level and basic support

HR could use some training

Pros

Work from home, benefits package, and a fun exciting culture.

Cons

Leadership's communication could be vastly improved. Announcements that affect employees in a huge way are generally made at the very last moment, which does tend to cause friction. HR has also had multiple "oversights" on paying people for extra hours/OT and also double pay for working holidays. How many times can it just be an "oversight" before it feels like the company is just trying not to pay you correctly? HR is also never the one to catch this, so double checking your paystubs has to be a routine to make sure you're paid accurately.

Pros

Ppl seem nice enough. Healthcare is paid for.

Cons

No real room for growth. Pay isn’t much And there is no room to make more as company is a bit cheap with no OT. Micro managing is really bad here.
