Pros

Fantastic benefits, tons of support, work-life balance, fully remote job, great managers!

Cons

There are the expected growing pains of a company than has ballooned in size over the past few years, but they're actively trying to keep their training and processes up to date and they listen to employee feedback.

Pros

I love this job. The fact that I can interact with the CEO and post memes or photos of my pets is great. Management isn’t afraid to tell abusive users they can’t abuse their employees and they have your back. Everyone is very willing to help if you have a question, even if you ask the same question every single day, there is so much support. Feedback from supervisors is always kind and they understand metrics don’t directly reflect on your worth as an employee. Lots of diversity and people are promoted based on skill and best fit for a role and not just friendships to higher ups.

Cons

Chats can be overwhelming if you have multiple difficult chats at a time.

Pros

The leadership is receptive to feedback, and the compensation was good.

Cons

If you're not a white male into D&D, it can be a little isolating. It's also a pretty difficult job, and that's not conveyed in the interviewing process. For me, that made it very stressful because I wasn't expecting to have a tech support job. They made it seem like it was more of a customer support role.
