Great support team that are very knowledgeable and friendly. They are always willing to help.
Cons
-Management lacks transparency -if you get sick after using sick time you will get fired. They wouldn’t even ask for medical documentation to support your illness, they will just fire you. -the queue is mentally draining sometimes. Taking 3 chats at a time can be a lot. -training does not prepare you for your actual day to day task -no work life balance -they say they care about you but really don’t -management doesn’t know anything about the product or what support day to day is like, really suggest putting them in the queue the same as ship masters once a month so they can see how it feels
