Pros

I applied for the SDR position and reached out to the Team Manager for the Stockholm Team. She was very nice and accommodating, mentioning that she would contact the recruiter from the US to reach out to me. After a couple of days, I received an email from the recruiter, who was extremely helpful and promptly answered all my queries. The process, from the first interview to contract signing, was very organized and fast-paced. During my first day, the office manager gave me a warm welcome. She introduced me to everyone in the office and gave me a tour. She is the most organized office manager I've ever met since I started working here in Sweden. When I began my training, one SDR assisted me the most. As a newbie, she was my go-to person, acting as my Google for everything work-related. I consider myself lucky to have had the opportunity to work with her. Later, I met my other two co-SDRs. My seatmate is always energetic, and my seatmate's seatmate is the sweetest girl, especially to her mom. I also met the rest of the team virtually. They were all very helpful and knowledgeable about the product. They were kind, competitive (in a good way), and very supportive of each other. Our Team Manager is great! She is always there to support us and provide all the necessary learning to be successful in our roles. She is very transparent and answers our questions right away. She is also very professional and wants everyone to be successful in achieving their individual goals. Her vision is clear, and she shares it with everyone on the team. The next SDR will be lucky to have them as their team. The people at Planview are very friendly as a whole. Wednesday lunches are great for socializing and meeting people outside the sales team.

Cons

I only have good memories with Planview. No Cons.
