Interesting projects. New industrial, telecom and medical device products that need out of box thinking to get them launched and help identify and remedy any process or testing issues. Good, dedicated, talented people to work with.

Cons

I have seen a slow erosion of benefits and perks over the years. Low raises, the longer you stay the further behind you get. A lot of focus on stock holders expectations, stock price, balance sheet reporting and investor days. Company is not really focusing on the needs of the people that are actually providing that growth and what makes the workers and supporting staff happy and productive.

Pros

Plexus has great employees, for the most part. People are engaged and use continuous improvement consistently.

Cons

Work life balance is a hit or miss. Salary is probably the biggest miss. It's extremely low, and the only way to get a raise is to threaten to quit. I know people who have been there 20+ years, and training others that are new to Plexus, but hired on with a much higher pay than the person training them.

The people here are nice.

Cons

Constant turnover of Manufacturing Engineers. Every 3 to 6 months they are always hiring a Manufacturing Engineer like clockwork. They are not expanding and no one is advancing up in the company.
