Pros

- there are some cool people there

Cons

- I was an account executive 2 and when hired I was told I would be given a certain amount of help to get to Quota so I could have some work/life balance. I was there almost a year and had an SDR maybe 2 months. I would have to self source the same as people with someone getting them 10 deals a month. Discouraged to take time off till you hit quota and roughly 20% of people actually hit it a month WITH an SDR. After they started saying I would be disciplined if I didn’t hit i was out. They over sell the vision, you have no support and if a good SDR comes around you know they will be moved to a Sr AE. Would never recommend this job - also the just did a second round of layoffs, they manage a business about as good as the pac 12 manages a conference

Pros

Culture, product, and BIOPIC focus. Retention program where AE's can get a higher salary based on lifetime sales.

Cons

Sales strategy is always to "make more dials", they reduce resources but don't reduce quota, a vast majority of reps are not hitting their numbers, and everyone is afraid of the CEO because of his temper and how he throws people under the bus. The company talks about how coming here will boost your resume but once they hear you might be leaving for a better opportunity they (leadership) take it personally and turn toxic. Only top reps consistently kill it and get to go to the best trade shows. It's very political. Remote leadership makes it hard for struggling reps to get the training and support they need. Experienced reps and leaders are leaving the company because of poor compensation, their voices not being heard, and a lack of career growth opportunities.
