Thanks for sharing the feedback. I'm sorry you had such a bad experience, especially considering you invested more than 3 years into it. Given how negative your opinion is, I'm surprised you stayed this long. For work-life balance, we understand people need flexibility in their schedules and we allow for it when possible. I'm not on the technology side, but there are benefits to using established, stable technologies versus new, untested ones and vice versa. Giving engineers the freedom to make these decisions is important. On the cons, it seems like we did a poor job communicating our cash position even though we tell our employees exactly how much cash we have in the bank every month - one of our values is transparency and I think we've done a great job when it comes to sharing financials. We're a private company so I won't go into detail, but our goal is still to be profitable by the end of the year and we're on pace to get there. It'll be our choice to increase burn if we want to invest in certain areas of the business. We've been focused on major improvements to the product and plan to roll these out over the next few months. We've already announced to our professionals a product update happening in August that is focused on driving them the value they're paying for and will directly impact the satisfaction of homeowners. Future updates are intended to give professionals even more control over how they interact with homeowners on Porch. Not sure why the mission hasn't come through clearer but this is something we continue to cover in our company all hands and through the quarterly goals we set - "every project done, every homeowner satisfied."
