Pros

Selling points to the new hires were great.

Cons

Run, I am not sure at what point they lost their way. Absolutely turned the company to an IT sweatshop in india. The managers believes working long hours means they are being productive. The good talented people are leaving and are being replaced with Indians that cannot speak good English. You cannot imagine how difficult it is get your work done when you spend 50% of your time explaining yourself. The open door policy is a joke, managers are always right. And please dont let them ruin your clearance, I lost my clearance thanks to them and they blame me for it.

It appears your underlying concern is how a specific program or work location within the company is being managed. Our open-door policy allows anyone to speak directly with their senior managers, including their general manager, the Vice President of Human Resources, the COO, and the CEO. We want to have a healthy and productive environment across all areas of operation that reflects our corporate values. We are looking into your comments relating to the management of our staff and projects and will report any findings directly to our CEO. Regarding your security clearance, I have included below an earlier response on this matter which I think is appropriate for restating: The federal government sets guidelines for granting all clearances, which we follow faithfully; our security practices and protocols are audited annually by the government. Security clearances are issued as follows: if you are assigned work that requires you to access classified information, the government will grant a clearance following the completion of a background investigation. If you leave your position before the investigation is completed, the government deems that you no longer have a valid reason for the clearance, and the investigation is terminated due to “Loss of Jurisdiction.” A clearance is only granted by the government when there is a need and is not something that can be earned. I am sorry if you feel we did not properly convey this information to you.

Pros

Pragmatics has well defined process. The CEO is is very caring on the surface and is inspirational. The benefits are good and pay comparable.

Cons

Does not really care about the individual employee. Does not communicate the state of affairs to front line management, employees or subcontractors. Quick to sever ties with emploeeys. Has a pennywise pound foolish culture.

Pros

A chance for growth kind of

Cons

High up management treats the hardest working people like dirt. A lot of toxicity going on around, nitpicking, and inappropriate commentary of little things. I highly don't recommend working here for the sake of anyone's mental health and safety. I see they have commented on the one star ratings that they strive to be a positive work place. That's all lies. Just stop trying to make yourself look good, everyone that worked or works there know that this is a terrible company due to all of the drama that's been going on, and 90% it's the CFO's doings and impulsive, unnecessary decisions. She's always lost the best people around here, and people keep leaving. They make so much money, but yet doesn't bother to pay the hardest workers that does work outside of their role.
