Pros

training team is very engaged and really cares about your success at the company.

Cons

Senior Leadership has sabotaged the company with job cuts to support staff, which increased call volumes, resulting in bad customer service and mismanaged accounts.

Pros

Remote work. Flexible schedule if salaried.

Cons

The training is non existent and it’s clear lots of people here are unhappy based on how pleasant they are to work with. Many key people have left in the recent past and there are huge gaps in knowledge and processes that have been lost. The benefits are not good. Little to no cohesion within teams and between teams.
