Pros

Working remote is widely available.

Cons

Company has been on the decline for a number of years now and even with new leadership a couple years ago there are still no widespread signs of improvement for the employees.

Pros

Great people on other teams trying to help the customer Pay was competitive Benefits were on par with other companies in this industry

Cons

Leadership did not listen to those who are raising red flags about product and service issues. I was raising the same red flags for over a year, and they acted surprised when large customers finally got sick of it and left. Trying to sell themselves out of a flawed product. Not a good product experience for enterprise customers. So much tribal knowledge has been lost over the past several years of PE backed change/layoffs/and good people leaving out of frustration that the customers are left hanging very often. Problems with product and service took months to resolve or were left unaddressed. Customers received IRS notices for taxes not being paid. Customers received price increases and forced subscription contracts without conversation notice or sign off. Can't be an innovator because of too many problems with existing product and band-aid approaches to addressing them.

Thank you for sharing your detailed feedback. We're glad you had positive experiences with your colleagues and found the compensation and benefits competitive. We understand how frustrating it can be to raise concerns and feel they aren’t fully addressed, and we recognize the importance of actively listening to both employees and clients. We take your concerns seriously, especially regarding product challenges, customer impact, and the loss of internal knowledge during periods of change. While we can’t change the past, we appreciate insights like yours as we continue to reflect and improve for the future.
