Sr Director's and above avoid interacting with the lower ranks. It's a kiss up, kick down culture. They prefer to lie to rank and file rather than admit mistakes

This is the most toxic place I have ever worked. One person was disparaged in department wide meetings because his wife died of cancer - management said it was to "get away from him". One woman was fired for not responding to sexual advances from our boss. There are racist, sexist, abusive managers who have worked at Princess for their entire adult lives and are not held accountable for their actions. HR doesn't care, they are just as toxic.
