Hi there- Thank you for your feedback. Although we value your opinion, we'd like to clarify that we do have structure around the way we establish compensation for our team. We look at our internal (comparable) pay ranges, as well as market in comparison to our company size and industry as much as possible, so we apologize if you didn’t feel like your pay corresponded to your level of experience or effort. We also base merit increases on job performance and have structured our process further and continue to revise our policies and processes.

Leadership Team Promoting Toxic Work Environment

Pros

Most Immediate coworkers were great, as well as direct supervisor.

Cons

The leadership team is very difficult to work for and are resistant to input. Technically lagging behind and extremely slow to adopt new practices and technologies. Unwilling to allocate enough resources to development team, despite being a "Software" company. CEO sets the tone for toxic environment through ego and immaturity.

Working for Proced as a Minority

Pros

Small company so it has a home-like environment.

Cons

There are NO minorities working for Procede and if you are one you will be treated as such. You will be watched all day everyday while others will be able to breath easier. If you get reprimanded for something as a minority, don't expect your colleagues to get the same treatment for the same mistakes.
