Incredible company culture that is actively supported and encouraged by management. Plenty of training tools, support, and people to help you acclimate to a difficult job.

Cons

Quotas are real and you are expected to meet them monthly - but that's expected in any SDR/BDR role.

Awesome culture and great teams. 1 to 1 alignment between AE and SDR is a great system. Unlimited time off, competitive pay, and a group of people that truly care about your success.
