      Pros

      Good relationships between the physicians and the staff. I always felt that my opinions were considered and felt to be important.

      Cons

      The clinic administrator was very slow to deal with conflict between the staff. She would wait until the problem had become a major issue before trying to resolve any issues.

      staff except management---great staff but in the last few months, 10 people have quit ---that should tell you something plus that compiles at least a third of the staff---have they been replaced and my answer is not all, which is part of the issue so the rest of the staff has to make up for that

      Cons

      hours, pay, management, philosophy,people who work their are treated like second class citizens----mind you, it was not always like this and has gradually changed in the last year when new people came on and took over

      Pros

      Decent pay, good retirement and health benefits, wonderful staff, nice doctors, free snacks and coffee.

      Cons

      Very strict working conditions, no talking, cellphones or internet allowed. No unpaid time off allowed. Management is unkind and do not treat workers with respect. The morale is very low. Raises are minimal.
