Cons

Shady and shady. I have been in healthcare for 10+ years, this place is something else. Surgeons and most employees are great. There are the "protected" employees and management staff who do not follow integrity and honesty within equal employee and patient care.

Great caring ancillary and support staff. Facilities are top notch when it comes to equipment technology, supplies, and overall management of these areas. The patients served by this group are exceedingly satisfied, in turn this is a reflection of how lower level management operates at a high standard.

Cons

The expectations and actual work requirements were much different than what was inferred in the interview process. Your personal health history will be reviewed in detail, caution. The professional staff exemplify the idea of "corporate fraternity". Be prepared to heavily adjust your personal and professional life accordingly. Take a good look at the hospital the surgical group is affiliated with, several are in very poor financial health (unpublished/unspoken) and this translates to unrewarding career demands.
