Pros

The pros of working at Proscape were some of the brilliant people that I was able to meet and remain friends with over a decade later. Those brilliant people left a LONG time ago however.

Cons

Not even sure where to start. CEO allowing clients to mentally abuse his people, the slave driver mentality, the "just get it out the door" approach to software development. The insane way of announcing layoffs by starting with how much money the company is poised to make except for the 1/3 of the company that won't be around come Monday (And waiting until the very end of the day to tell the pregnant woman that she was going too, REALLY?)

Great Benefits, Good Technology and moving in a good direction

Pros

The benefits at this company were excellent. The mobile technology sector that the company is in is exciting and up and coming. The company is moving in a direction where the process and people should help them achieve their goals from a technology perspective.

Cons

Don't always stay focused on a clear path and execute a clear direction - this is getting better with the current team that is in place from a technology perspective (which is all that I know).

Pros

You will have a job, get paid, and get completely ignored by management except if they do not like what you are doing.

Cons

too numerous to list - I worked here for 15+ years as a corporate officer. I never received a formal review. I never was included in any business planning. My opinion was repeatedly ignored or I was told I 'did not know what I was talking about'. I wish they had just fired me since I wasted 15 years of my life trying to build a company that is a total sham. The only reason this company is in existence is so the primary investor can have a group of minions that make him feel important. They are habitual liars, including the CEO and President.
