Challenging, but great to be part of cutting-edge technology company

Pros

Working at the intersection of mobile technology, creativity, and sales/marketing is very exciting. We get the opportunity to try new things and push the limits of creation--fortunately, it is OK to make mistakes as long as you learn from them and do better on subsequent tries. The fast moving and dynamic workplace may not be for everybody, but it is energizing for those who are motivated to achieve.

Cons

The expectations are high, so those who can't keep up may get frustrated. But there are lots of great people in the office to lean on for help.

Pros

Cutting edge technology, expect you to do your job without being micromanaged. Flexible work hours.

Cons

Very negative culture, senior management is verbally abusive to staff and think they are smarter than everyone else, including the customers. Constantly changing the business plan before the previous plan can be implemented.

Pros

I worked at the company for a little over 3 years until I stopped working to stay home with the kids. The company was so flexible and supportive of my family situation. I got to work from home and come into the office just for key meetings. The company is really supportive of women in the workplace. I was promoted before my one year anniversary. Management encouraged me to try new things, sent me to conferences and seminars to learn the latest and greatest. I expressed an interest in traveling to our European offices to meet some of our customers and partners and the next thing you know I was on a plane to Europe. I also think it's really great that my boss told me that when I'm ready to come back to the workforce, I can come back and even start part time again. I love coming by the office with my kids - it such a family atmosphere there.

Cons

I really wish the company was able to continue take your dog to work day. Back when we were in our old offices (2013) we used to get to bring our dogs to work once a week - it was soooooo great. When the company moved to its new larger offices, the new building won't let dogs in the building. It was really great for company morale to have the dogs there. The chihuahua used to snuggle with the bulldog! It was great - I hate that we couldn't do that anymore.
