A company that truly values entrepreneurial spirit

Pros

Proscape is an established company with an exciting, start-up feel. The business is hyper-focused on bringing an innovative product to market. In order to get there, Proscape has built an entrepreneurial-minded staff that is rewarded for hard work and fresh thinking. Managers are truly interested in collaborating with their staff to identify the best way to achieve a goal, and also show a healthy respect for work-life balance.

Cons

You will be challenged to stretch beyond your comfort zone to produce something exceptional. This isn't necessarily a con, but it can be if you like to keep your head down and do the same thing every day. A thick skin helps, too, because their are a lot a straight-shooters on the staff.

Pros

My paycheck never bounced, and since I have a 20 word minimum on this review, I guess I should say it again - my paycheck never bounced.

Cons

Everything but my paycheck not bouncing. Management is filled with egotistical eggheads who only give a hoot about their own agenda, and couldn't care less about their employees. They downright made people feel worthless, so much so, that some even changed careers due to the verbal abuse and the way they made people feel insignificant. Be careful about working here, because you could be hired with the expectation of thriving and being successful, only to be dumped shortly thereafter like yesterday's garbage.

Pros

There are many great people that work for this organization. Work/Life balance was okay. Compensation was on the low end of the scale.

Cons

The company does not have strong leadership or a sense of direction. Upper management does not trust their employees and tend to micro manage.
