Despite CEO’s approachability, there is a notable lack of awareness regarding the true extent of what has happened across the organization over the past year. The CRO has changed just about everything I knew and loved about working at Prove. His leadership has had a negative ripple effect across the organization. "One Team, One Dream" has played out much more like a nightmare. If you’re a female, get ready for the men’s club. You'll hear more sexist comments than useful career advice. And if you dare report it to HR, well, don’t hold your breath. If you’re outside of NYC, please know that joining remotely felt like being the lone survivor in a post apocalyptic movie. You’re not quite part of the action, but you’re still on the screen. Anyone who knows anything about the product has left or will be leaving soon. Those left behind know nothing about Prove and those that stay likely lack business ethics. You’ll be told to inflate pass rates and lie about data sources to get the deal done.

No matter how much of an expert you are, you have no contribution. Decisions are made by them which makes no sense and ultimately has affected revenue and driven out key performers * HR is useless. Instead their egos are inflated and now they are throwing around their weight * Certain people are favorites and part of "clubs". No matter how skilled you are and how hard you work, it does not matter
