Pros

Great benefits, good work life balance, progressive, great company culture, dedicated employees!!

Cons

As an organization, Prove exhibits a lot of the similar challenges that many start ups experience. The company lacks a defined structure for the day to day processes that promote efficiency. Now that we are rapidly growing this has become more evident to me and probably a few others.

Lots of room to be autonomous, creative and bring ideas to the table.

Cons

As with most high growth companies, focus can be lost from time to time. We have gotten much better at it but we do slip into it every now and then.
