Flexible work-schedule allows employees to work from home Seattle location is good for commuters Some potential for career growth... if you know the secret handshake

Cons

Blatant preference for religious affiliation No apparent career path potential, unless you're in (see above) Management is slippery and tends to distrust... as a default

Pros

Generally nice people, down to earth and trying hard, a lot of respect for good work

Cons

Extremely bizarre culture. Lots of pretense of experience without anything to back it up. Only partially educated on what they are supposed to be experts in. Management is sophomoric. Financial planning is pathetic. Nepotism is ridiculous. Almost everyone who works there went to college together and if you're not one of them you won't survive long.
