Pros

Lots of overtime, get to drive company trucks, given uniforms for the whole week, sometimes you have short days, most of the drivers are pretty cool to talk and hang with

Cons

Too much overtime at times, workload is massive with very little, very poor managing and all levels. Products are no where near the best and you are expected to sale regardless. The support you need from the company just isn't there . Kind of s every man for himself type feel , lots of trash talking. Trucks break down frequently.

Pros

Offers benefits that include 401 to all employees. Its privately owned and has several locations.

Cons

Turn around is high, production team is over worked. Seems to be putting band aids on real issues that include current customers and staff issues instead of dealing and resolving the real issues.

Pros

Minimal Supervision from upper management. Get your job and their job done by completing customer surveys which they use to strong arm customers when they need to. you can spend the week at home relaxing in your living room and no one would notice. IF you wanted to. I did however learn about how business management works. I am grateful for that.

Cons

MInimal supervision. Back breaking labor job that you are underpaid for doing. Route manager is just a fancy sounding title for Backup Route Guy. Don't plan on managing much except others routes when they call in sick.
