This is the worst company I have ever worked for. There is a boy's club culture, top management in California refer to themselves as the San Diego Mafia. Pay is inconsistent and lots of grey areas. They have a co-op system that you have to split your commissions with other employees, Horrible place to work. Not nice to women

EXTREMELY unorganized I can't even begin to explain how much stuff they dropped on me last minute. LONG days and weeks I averaged about 55 hours a week, the money is nice but it is such a burnout after a while. I got stuck working a 17hr day my 2nd week because they didn't have enough employees so they couldn't "fully" train me. Lack of communication/training/ect. I have never worked for a company that lacked so much communication and it ultimately will fall on you since you are the driver and the one having to deal with the customers face to face. They constantly lost paper work, I had to fill out my benefits form twice and didn't receive benefits when I was supposed to. Extremely controlling management, they watch your every move and criticize it. Constantly running out of product so it was up to me to explain to the customer why we didn't have enough product. Management acts like they care about you but at the end of the day they will throw you under the bus in a second. They run these "contests" every couple months where they put on a front like you can make a good amount of extra money from them. I never made a dime, it's a total and complete scam. I've worked for my fair share of bad companies but Prudential takes the cake. Stay away from this toxic job/environment unless you really need something. Oh yeah you also can't have any facial hair or facial jewelry...its 2020 rules like this shouldn't exist.
