A company that is leading the way of the current digital marketing wave that is experiencing meteoric growth. As someone who has been around for half of a decade I can attest that they also still have that scrappy start up feel that keeps things exciting and creates lots of opportunity for personal growth. Great team environment where colleagues have your back and are friends as much as work mates. Anything that moves the company forward is celebrated and personal initiative is hugely rewarded and recognized. Love the culture!
Cons
The high level of growth and personal accountability means every teammate needs to pull their weight. It's not really a con, but don't expect to have an easy ride if you don't want to embrace personal development and want be a part of bettering the services being delivered to customers.
