Pros

Pyxl is an awesome company to work for! The corporate culture is second to none -- it's so nice to actually enjoy going to work everyday, with people you happily call your friends. In addition to that, it's exciting to be with a company with such a great vision for future growth. Innovation is very valued here, and anyone has the opportunity to share interesting, new ideas. We're consistently evolving our approach and creating innovative ways to do things.

Cons

Occasional overtime, but not to an extreme level

Unprofessional, ridiculous office politics

Pros

Young atmosphere Plenty of internships for students (but students: get other experience too) Good place to make work friends Occasional after work happy hour

Cons

Unprofessional management HR illegally asked us when we are going to have kids Not family-friendly: president believes in "work-work" balance Not paid overtime Management has never worked for another company, no experience in managing corporate culture Company promotes "family" atmosphere – though my coworkers will fake their strong pyxl enthusiasm at work, in fear of losing their job Outside friends of coworkers have been known to call the company cult-like Inside opinions brainwash that there are no other companies that would be as good as what you have now Office Politics are only way to succeed > aka make your work friends your best friends Historically employees do not make career changes in their best interest – partially due to fear of poor reviews and social shunning
