Pros
The face of Pyxl attracts incredibly talented and excited entry level people. Every person on the ground is passionate about what they do and is incredibly driven to produce quality work.
Cons
Management is not focused on acquiring high performing managers or account managers. This leaves the clients and most employees frustrated on a regular basis. The workload is not managed in a way that provides any work life balance. Their internship program has very little structure or guidance and they hire many of their interns. This leaves a huge gap in their expectations of their employees and the experience they have given them. Despite what they would like you to believe this is not the case in every marketing agency.
