Great coworkers. Great discount. Benefits start day one.

Cons

Pay is too low compared to others. They will allow customers to talk crazy and outright disrespect you because "they spend a lot of money with us," Being able to plan anything is null as time off requests may not get approved until the day you requested off.

Pros

I worked with a really great team with an awesome team lead and manager, I loved having a QVC discount. Working from home and only having to be in the office once in a while was pretty great, Noone held me accountable for going into the office either.

Cons

They laid off over 400 employees in 2023 and most were let go the same day. False promises of being moved to another department. There was a lot of letting people go and then having to do other peoples work without being taught what you were doing.

⭑ flexible schedules ⭑ good amount of PTO and floating holiday ⭑ Managers and trainers really want to see you succeed and work with you on any issues that may come up ⭑ starting pay at $15 is pretty decent for entry level no experience and will get raise every 6 mos ⭑ good health benefits start off immediately and of course an awesome discount on almost all merchandise ⭑ favorite job I've yet to have

Cons

⭑ have to supply own work equipment if you work from home ⭑ customers could be really abusive, especially during the holiday season and part of the job is to just take it
