      Pros

      Everyone is so nice and helpful. You feel like an adult because you do not have people looking over your shoulder all the time. You get 3 monitors a month and you do not know when they are listening so you don't get nervous. Great employer to work for. And you get great discounts.

      Cons

      Having to talk to people all day on the phone and can't let yourself get frustrated with them. Some customers are slow and annoying but most are ok.

      Pros

      Very flexible hours; laid back atmosphere; good company morale; able to read and study or do homework in between calls.... Training is great and easy.

      Cons

      Because of the flexibility with hours sometimes it's hard to get the hours you want if you wait until the last minute

      Order entry position was very easy, flexible schedule, basically manage yourself on a point system, get raises often upon assessments, very pleasant atmosphere. I at

      Can't think of any cons, it was just a great job makibg my own hours, as many or as few as I needed each week while I was going to school full time.
