      Pros

      work from home, pay is ok, co-workers are pretty friendly and most supervisors are helpful, a little room for upward mobility

      Cons

      Work can be stressful and mundane at times. Have to be plugged in constantly (no wireless anything), AHT (3 minutes) is way too low for CS. EVERYTHING seems to count against you. What you hear in training vs what you actually deal with is a complete opposite. The extremely outdated technology breaks down more than it works. A LOT of micro-managing and no real consistency on protocols (quality will say one thing, your supervisor will say another and a coach will give a third). No real access to physical areas (finance, warehouse), no remote access for online support to handle login issues. I'll stop here.

      Benefits, discounts, and salaries are pretty competitive.

      Cons

      Do not expect support from the Leadership as they lack experience in the creative field. Creative leadership is not competent and some of them don't have creative or design backgrounds. It's the only performance-oriented place without taking the creative or design processes into account. If you come from an advertising agency, branding, or even a small quality design boutique that appreciates quality and design thinking, be aware of what you're about and who you will be around.
