Rigid time off policy Unprofessional managers (or at least mine were) AHT for customer service is way too low. Most elderly clients call on average 2 1/2 times just because CS reps are browbeaten to get them off the phone. It's unfortunate, This is a-ok gig until you find a better opportunity

I was a dedicated and I thought valued employee for over 20 years every time I put in for a promotion I was turned down for an outside candidate. I noticed a change in way managers and supervisors begin to treat me it became a very difficult work environment. After All the hard work I put in over the years finally came to an end when I was let go over all things a talk time issues even though I had received numerous accolades and compliments from our consumers. I was totally devastated by their actions what company does that l had worked nearly half my life there. To this day I still struggle with there decision. You talk about being blindsided. But that's the kind company QVC is apparently.
