Pros

Offers very Flexible schedules,including 10 hour shifts ,great benefits but closing site. Good company to work for but unfortunately closing for business reasons

Cons

Closing site so no future in Port St Lucie. Unfortunately for about 800 employees this business decision is very difficult to accept & reasons were a decrease in on phone business due to other media so one call center had to be closed

Horrible Place-Avoid at All Cost!

Pros

Clean building, good benefits, state-of-the-art equipment to work on. Plenty of parking, some great people work there.

Cons

This place was like working at the Jonestown Cult. They made so much money through dumb luck they have no idea how to manage a company or treat people. The "culture" breeds totally sociopathic managers and I don't use that term casually. The worst people always get promoted-hard workers or decent managers will stay in the same place or eventually get fired. It's not uncommon for a 20+ year employee to have a completely false negative review written about them and be gone 3 months later. It happens all the time there now--no one ever retires there.
