Pros

Good benefits. Annual sales continue to grow year over year. They have a good culture and try to keep you informed of what is going on.

Cons

They have implemented a staffing model that relies mostly on part time employees and offer no health insurance to them. Most of their hiring is seasonal. Have to work most holidays.

Pros

Fantastic place to work with very warm and welcoming people, excellent place for growth and a highly collaborative environment. Management team takes time to give acknowledgement each month to teams and individuals who have done a really great job. Really felt like I was part of the team, and had a supervisor and a mentor I could rely on for any questions or guidance. Also encourages a healthy work/life balance. Incredible learning experience and highly recommend!

Cons

Can not think of any cons!
