Pros

Company discount is nice perk

Cons

Hours are horrible. You don't get to have a social life or see your family...like forever. You always have to work wknds if you're there 1 year or 10. Salary is low so it's not even worth your while to throw your wknds away. High turnover...and they like this model. It's not something they try to improve.

Pros

Flexible time, lots of PTO and work from home options, employee discount

Cons

No clear direction from leadership to the teams, constantly redirecting strategies to be reactive to market. Rarely are they proactive or ahead of the curve. They could careless about the work culture or working as a team. There is little to none opportunity for career advancement and yearly raises are very slim, below average.
