Pros

Easy interview process and training.

Cons

You are timed on every call, and the customers can be extremely rude and difficult to deal with within the time constraints that the company wants to enforce. If you take your time to go above and beyond to help a customer, it backfires on you when it comes to performance because they want the customers off the phones fast, without regard to the specific situation.
