Pros

Only pros - wfh and you get a nice discount

Cons

Everything else. Management/corporate have unrealistic kpis. You can only use the rr during your SCHEDULED break. You have to offer a sale to EVERY CALLER even if they are already upset. You can NOT hang up even if the customer is screaming/offending you. My manager once said I should’ve been more patient. Mind you the customer was already using foul language and belittling me. I POLITELY asked the customer to please refrain from using that kind of language. It continued and I told her I would have to release the call. Also you stop getting a raise after 2 years. You cap at $17/hr.

Working from home are the only pros

Cons

The customers are the worst imaginable. Entitled constantly, begging for discounts vs signing up for promo codes. Management over-enforces unattainable kpi's. they do not want you using the bathroom unless its within your scheduled 15 minute breaks. thats no way to treat human beings.

Pros

Work from home, is about the only pro for the job

Cons

No work life balance at all, you will NEVER get requested days off approved even if you put it in 10 days in advance, strict attendance policy, their metrics are insane, with mandatory upsells now being 3% and have to do an upsell now WITH EVERY CALL not just sale calls even if the customer is upset, went from 2%-3% upsell goal, I personally started with 38 people in my training there's maybe 3 of us left, you don't even get to breathe between calls, and told not to use the bathroom during high calls times is crazy.
