Pros

QLess has a market leading product that has, and will, continue to disrupt the customer flow management space. The team is smart, scrappy, collaborative and fast moving. Our customers love our product and I expect net new logos (and retention) will continue to increase.

Cons

As with any smaller company, we are scrappy and have to occasionally "wear many hats". This can be a pro, and at times, a con.

Qless has new management that has come in, shaken things up and is making positive changes including transparency, goals and improved communications. Qless is building a new product that will be even better than the existing product. Exciting times ahead.

Cons

Qless is a lean startup with leans teams and has high expectations. It is not a place to camp out.
