Pros
Full benefits after 90 days, weekend work is optional for extra pay or vacation time, cool people to work with depending on which raw materials group you get placed in. You will get the experience in a high volume workload environment for at least a little while before it slows down.
Cons
Below the average pay especially for requiring a 4 year degree!!! Favoritism runs rampant and people are highly unqualified to be supervising. High turnover rate leads to tons of new inexperienced analysts. Both first and second shifts available. No system of managing amount of work especially when it slows down. You will sit there bored out of your mind.
