Hands down, it is a great work environment. The employees are friendly and helpful. It is a well organized company with high standards and excellent work ethics. Impressive and well maintained labs. The nicest and cleanest chem labs I have ever seen. Equipment and supplies are kept in good condition and working order; no old or faulty instruments laying around.

Cons

The pay could be more competitive. In consideration of the amount of time an individual spends working during their lifetime, however, I personally prefer to be happy at work than to put up with being miserable at work for a few extra dollars.
