Thank you so much for the review and for the HR shoutout! :) I sincerely appreciate the feedback, both pro and con. I am with you on the pay and we are working to change that - as you know, we had a very tough year with some business losses, and we were not able to take care of our employees in the way that we wanted to. And the same was true for new business - last year was just really tough all around. That said, 2024 is shaping up - we've had some organic growth within existing accounts, and have some very promising new business leads on the horizon, as well. So I expect that we will be in much better shape in the future and hope to recognize our hardworking staff as a result. Thank you for the feedback! I agree - RPA is a great place to start your career, but it may "spoil" you for other agencies, where the people aren't as nice and the vibe isn't as flexible. :) You are so right about pay and growth - at the moment, we are stabilizing after a rough 2023. I hope that, as a result of some organic growth and new business wins, we will be able to create some movement and recognition opportunities for the people who stuck with us during the hard times.
