Started off great but lost its way

Pros

Majority of everyone that works there truly cares about their role, client and team. If in person there are a lot more opportunities to experience the culture and feel more apart of the company.

Cons

It's a struggle to receive a decent raise and when asked you are not supported by manager or anyone else. 90% of the clients I've worked with are my favorite clients I've worked on, however there is that 10% that does not align with company culture and has affected the dynamic of that whole team. Despite the attempts to connect with higher-ups about it no one says anything but keeps the team siloed.

Thanks for your message. I agree that 2023 was a tough year for RPA. I believe that your position was eliminated as a result of a client loss, and I know that really hurts. That's also why raises were not available this year. Here's what I will say, though: we do truly care about our Associates and clients. And I agree that it is a great idea to come to our office (which is always open, though in person work is optional and voluntary). I know that I sent you some job listings in the past, and I would be happy to help you with your job search in the future. And please also just reach out if you want to talk.
