Pros

Wants to be a leader in distribution. Global presence. Proactive.

Cons

Want to fight big boys of electronic and electrical distribution but cannot be competitive in both. Middle management is a joke. Can spend a lot of money in fancy dinners and hotels, but not in effective marketing and website. Promise a lot but don't deliver it.

* Excellent employee benefits - private medical insurance just an example, one of the very best! *Fantastic co-workers and great management, no time-wasters! * You get rewarded for your hard work, and feel appreciated. * Career progression is encouraged and support to move to the next level is immense.

Cons

* employees may take advantage of the company friendly approach. * being a distributor company, warehouse environment may not be the most cut-throat environments about. * each department is highly competitive thereby making internal moves rather more difficult.

Terrible business change management

good colleagues an some good managers

Cons

Currently going through re-structuring so many good people have left due to bad management of change. Some managers who bully staff remain in post as they 'deliver' . This is despite the new Ways of Working which include Respect and working Together etc... it's just all talk... no action .... very disappointing.
