Full ownership of my career and my area of work Total accountability when it goes well and when it goes wrong! Opportunities to progress and to work in many countries Collaborative approach from most people in the business

Cons

Difficult to drive change quickly Mid-level management are often overburdened with tasks instead of developing people Top management do not always seem to agree

Top Management known as EMT at RS reliably endeavor to make the best decision for workers. Managements encouraged you to take risks with your work, and if you fail, that is alright! You learn and continue developing your skill. They have your best interests at heart. They think about your prosperity and well being.

Cons

Rs Business model is still not very much resistible as per Indian market conditions, where they need to focus.
