Radiology Partners is in the process of transforming radiology without sacrificing service quality. There is constant communication across the practice and with the leadership team with the goal of improving the quality of our doctors, our reports and ultimately our service to the clients we serve. Our practice is growing fast and forming partnerships with some of the best Radiology groups in the country. It is exciting to meet doctors from across the country, get to know them and share best practice radiology ideas. The Admin/Leadership team for RP is unmatched!! I have 15 years left to be a radiologist and I plan on retiring with RP.

Pros

Committed to excellent values that support physicians, patients and hospital clients. They continue to promote leadership opportunities to help radiologists engage in the changing climate of health care. They provide huge resources to each local practice to help us grow and maintain high standards for our patients.

Cons

Communication can be difficult as the practice rapidly grows but their focus on locally run practices has helped with engagement and alignment.
