      Pros

      Fast paced integrations of new Rad practices.

      Cons

      Business culture was lacking teamwork. " It's not your job don't worry about it!" Lack of training and delegation of work. Travel a lot.

      Thank you for taking the time to review. On-boarding has been identified as one of the areas we need to work on and HR is currently putting a training plan together to help Managers on-board and train new employees in a more systematic way. With that said, the workload can be demanding and we do believe that employees who are proactive and motivated are successful and at the end of the day are fulfilled. Some roles do require more travel than others, but we are transparent about the travel expectations. Thank you again for reviewing - we take reviews seriously and appreciate your feedback!

      Great practice

      Pros

      RP is made up of locally run practices with the resources of a national organization. Some of those resources include HR, analytics, legal, credentialing, marketing, and IT. There are also lots of clinical initiatives that add value to our hospitals and patients. The practice offers great organizational and leadership development opportunities, including national meetings and conferences across the country.

      Cons

      It's a young practice with a few growing pains along the way. But we're a family that works on it together to get it right.

      Pros

      Radiology Partners is a nation wide locally led radiology group whose goal is to transform the practice of radiology by offering value based radiology and clinical initiatives to improve patient care and reduce unnecessary imaging studies. RP was founded in 2013 and continues to act upon its goals of integrity, teamwork, excellence, accountability and service. I would highly recommend the company
