Decent enough hours and work are good pays on the lower end with no raise in site with 6 years oil field experience.

Decent pay. Co-Workers were great.

Cons

Sales management on the corporate level is a joke. You can be a complete screw up and still have a job as long as you kiss up to management. Too many meetings and wasted time on unnecessary reports. A lot of internal fighting/finger pointing between sales and operations. The CRM upgrade was the nail in the coffin.
