The management is hostile. A number of people go on medical leave because their mental health goes down rapidly. The culture is very chaotic and you better not want it to get better. Management is rough, they only promote employees who have been with the company for over 10 years or management hire a new employee they have relations with.

You will never be home or have time to yourself. You are on call every other weekend and WILL be called in and will be expected to work every weekend you are called. Pretty toxic work environment. current management is not good at managing their fleet or employees. Management also asks you to do things that they would not do and is not safe. They appear to have a safe work environment, but that is not the case. They always say safety first but in reality is always safety last.
