Workers who work the hardest rarely are recognized or rewarded for their hard work. Pay raises are a joke, because they seem to be given only to the drinking buddies or brown nosers. Moral is low, because workers feel unappreciated and underpaid. The difference between the salesperson's pay and the actual people who do the hard work, is ridiculous. A sales person or management easily makes 6 figures and hard workers barely make $50k.
