Great place to work and grow. People are really nice. CEO of the company is really personable and approachable.

Cons

Location at State Rd is not desirable (in Oildale) but I have not had any issues.

Helping customers with countless problems. Making a difference on a daily-basis. Not micro-managed. Positive atmosphere and great management. Fellow sales reps help one another out.

Cons

Equipment sometimes unavailable. Not really a con, but I’d say they need to increase fleet to improve availability
