Pros

Very interesting work place, no two days are the same. Company does a myriad of different applications from water transfers, sewer bypasses, power plant work, liquid storage, dust control it just goes on and on. I also like that even though the company is so big it still has a small business feel at the branch level. The Lake family is also very kind and are great to have as bosses. Company has great benefits, pay is good and you are recognized when you do well.

Cons

Company needs to continue to invest in rental fleet because sometimes demand is higher than supply. It is a real bummer when you cannot help a do a job specially when they want us to do it due to not having the proper equipment on hand. Grow the rental fleet more, specially pumps.

Good team environment among field hands! Awesome benefits especially the health insurance and 3 weeks paid off every year.

Cons

No leadership from management! No one in management has in-field experience. They have no idea of what is happening on a daily basis or what it will take to get it done. Constantly overworked with little regard on what it does to employees personal life high turnover due to managment constant failures no help comes from the office in any way constantly expected to due your job without proper tools, safety equipment or enough people
